The Grand Junction Wienerschnitzel opened in 1968.  It is the oldest restaurant in Grand Junction, over 50 years, with continue service at same location and building:)  In March, 2003 there was a 'total' remodel of the existing building bringing it up to current standards.

Wienerschnitzel corporation operates over 300 stores nation wide .... mostly in the West and Southwest states. 

Mike Whittington has owned and operated this location since 1978.
